Don't give up on your goal to be a teacher!

If you have taken the Praxis exam 3 or more times you may be a good candidate for our one-on-one tutoring program.

 

• Our Praxis tutors are PA Certified Teachers and experts in their content area.
• Our tutors have taken the Praxis exams, they understand your frustrations.
• Our tutors will help you assess your skills and identify your strengths and weaknesses.
• Tutoring can either be via phone, online or in person.
• Students must register for tutoring at least 3-4 weeks prior to their exam date.
• Tutoring is affordable at 10 hours of instruction for $425. Tutors and students arrange their meeting times and dates.
• Tutoring is available for the Praxis I PPST Exams, Elementary Education Exams, Middle School and High School Content Exams, and the PRAXIS II PLT Exams.

Senora Arlene Gardopee is a Spanish Instructor at Butler County Community College and a former middle and high school Spanish teacher with 18 years of classroom experience and a Master of Arts Degree in Foreign Language Education. Senora Gardopee has passed the Spanish Praxis exam and understands the frustrations involved. She tutors in person and via phone.
